Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally, responsible for overseeing every aspect of our People, Talent, and Culture processes. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of executives to meet objectives for business, particularly in the midst of dramatic development and change. Annmarie has been an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management as well as employee engagement and change management. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders as well as teams as the greatest competitive advantages. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies and middle-sized businesses has helped her to create cultures of innovation and learning that benefit teams and individuals. Annmarie, who has a commitment to helping Learning Ally in its mission, also devotes her free time supporting other non-profit organizations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has devoted her time and talents to assisting Learning Ally's mission.
